Claudia Ximena Paredes, a peasant woman from the municipality of Pradera, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, shares with us the importance of strengthening gender equity within the Agroferia association, which she presides over. This is a process that seeks to empower women through their productive units, recognizing their work, leadership, and decision-making capacity.
