Deisy Liliana Rivillas, a rural woman from the municipality of Tuluá, Valle del Cauca (Colombia), shares her gratitude for having participated in a training process in agroecology. A journey where rural women not only cultivate the land, but also knowledge, confidence, and tools to strengthen their productive projects.

This process shows that when women gain access to knowledge, leadership, economic autonomy, and the ability to transform territories through the care of life begin to flourish. Agroecology thus becomes a commitment to equity, sustainability, and the recognition of women’s role in rural communities.
